Why Hele Sound Therapy
‘Hele’ is Danish for ‘heal’. I have Danish heritage and it felt right to have a nordic element to my sound therapy.. I like the idea that we are healing our bodies and minds with the sound vibrations reaching our cells to nourish and re-balance us. At hele sound therapy I use instrumental, voice and natural sounds to offer relief from anxiety, stress and pain or to start you on a path to self care and well being. Sound can have an impact physically, emotionally, mentally and spiritually. Hele sound therapy offers you a safe place to experience the magical healing properties of sound.

About Nikki
I love sound.
The sound of nature, the elements, animals, birds, bells, the sea; it all evokes a powerful sense of magic.

My story
Sound has always been a part of my life, from my first blow into a recorder at the age of 5, to singing with choirs, playing musical instruments, listening to the sea and hearing the sheep on the mountain.
But, I didn’t really know what sound healing was until a visit to Nepal in 2019. We were a small, intimate group, invited to lie down, relax, close our eyes, stay still and listen for about 90 minutes. I was astounded, it had a profound effect on me. It was the beginning of a new chapter in my life.
This new chapter didn’t really begin until a couple of years later, when I started to explore the healing properties of sound frequencies and vibrations.

I attended workshops for gong and singing bowl playing, as my interest and passion grew I developed skills in other instruments and voice.
I decided to train as a Sound Therapist with the Sound Healing Academy and completed the Level 2 Practitioner Diploma Integral Sound Healing for group and 1-2-1 accredited by the International Institute for Complementary Therapists (IICT).
I am passionate about providing sound therapy, making it accessible for everyone.
